Our Roof Replacement Process
1
Arrival and setup.
Crew arrives around 7 to 7:30 AM and protects your property: tarps over landscaping, siding, and driveway before any work starts.

Tear-off.
Complete removal of the old roofing material down to the deck.

Deck inspection and repair.
The plywood decking underneath is inspected for rot or damage. If wood needs to be replaced, it's charged by the sheet at cost, no markup.

Underlayment and ice/water shield.
A protective barrier goes down first, with extra ice and water shield layered along eaves, valleys, and other vulnerable spots.

Drip edge and flashing.
Metal edging and flashing are installed around chimneys, vents, and valleys.

New roof installation.
Shingles (CertainTeed Landmark 30-Year) or 24-gauge metal panels go on, following manufacturer spec for wind and impact resistance.

Ventilation.
Ridge and/or roof vents are installed or reconnected.

Cleanup and magnetic sweep.
All old material and debris is hauled away, and the yard gets a magnetic sweep to catch stray nails.

Final walkthrough.
We walk the job with you before we leave.
